Remove Crankshaft Pulley And Vibration Damper

1. Loosen the pulley fastening bolt approximately 1/8 in. (0,31 mm).

2. Using tool (A) pull the pulley and vibration damper loose from the crankshaft.

3. Remove tool (A), pulley fastening bolt, and plate.

4. Remove crankshaft pulley and vibration damper (1)-weight 55 lbs. (25,0 kg).

Install Crankshaft Pulley And Vibration Damper

1. Install the vibration damper and crankshaft pulley, plate, and fastening bolt.

2. Tighten the fastening bolt (1) to 230 ± 20 lb.ft. (31,8 ± 2,8 mkg). Hit the fastening bolt with a hammer. Tighten the fastening bolt to 230 ± 20 lb.ft. (31,8 ± 2,8 mkg) again.
