Turbocharger

Usage:

Remove Turbocharger

start by:

a) remove differential pressure regulator

b) remove air cleaner housing

1. Remove the exhaust elbow (2).

2. Remove the air inlet pipe (1) for the carburetor.

3. Remove the oil bypass line (3) for the turbocharger.

4. Remove the oil supply line (4) and oil return line (5) for the turbocharger.

5. Remove the fastening nuts for the turbocharger and remove the turbocharger.

Install Turbocharger

1. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the fastening studs for the turbocharger. Put the turbocharger (1) in position on the engine and install the fastening nuts.

2. Install the oil supply line and oil return line for the turbocharger.

3. Install the oil bypass line for the turbocharger.

4. Install the carburetor air inlet pipe (2).

5. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the bore of the exhaust elbow support.

6. Install the exhaust elbow support and exhaust elbow (4). Tighten the clamp nut (3) to 120 lb.in. (138,4 cm.kg).

end by:

a) install air cleaner

b) install differential pressure regulator
