Turbocharger & Regulator

Usage:

Install Turbocharger

1. Coat threads of turbocharger mounting bolts with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound. Position the turbocharger on engine, and install mounting nuts.

2. Connect oil supply line to turbocharger.

3. Install oil drain line.

4. Install exhaust elbow and pressure differential regulator bypass pipe.

5. Install turbocharger air outlet elbow and tube assembly.

6. Connect differential pressure regulator sensing line.

concluding step:

a) install air cleaner housing

1. Disconnect pressure sensing line (1) and remove retaining nuts (4).

2. Remove differential pressure regulator (2) and heat shield (3).

1. Position heat shield (1) and regulator on manifold extension.

2. Install retaining nuts and connect pressure sensing line.
