Usage:
1. Drain the engine oil-capacity 10.5 U.S. Gal. (39,7 liter).
2. Remove the oil level gauge assembly and tube assembly.
3. Remove the oil cooler-to-oil pan bracket mounting bolt.
4. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts and oil pan-weight 107 lbs. (48 kg).
Install Oil Pan
1. Position the oil pan on the engine and install the retaining bolts.
2. Install the oil cooler-to-oil pan bracket mounting bolt.
3. Install the tube assembly and oil level gauge assembly.
4. Fill the crankcase to specified oil level.
Remove Oil Pump
preparatory step:
a) remove oil pan
1. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts (2) and locks.
2. Remove the oil pump (1)-weight 55 lbs. (25 kg).
Install Oil Pump
1. Position the oil pump on the engine.
2. Install the oil pump retaining bolts and locks.
concluding step:
a) install oil pan
