Temperature Regulators

Usage:

Remove Water Temperature Regulators

1. Drain cooling system.

2. Disconnect regulator bypass line and shunt line.

3. Remove six retaining bolts (1). Remove the water temperature regulators and housing. Remove the regulators and seals from the housing.

1. Using tool setup (A), install the seal in housing with lip of seal toward inside of housing. Install the water temperature regulators in housing.

2. Position the housing on engine, and install regulator housing mounting bolts.

3. Connect shunt line.

4. Connect regulator bypass line.

5. Fill the jacket cooling system.
