The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS54025" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The existing hydraulic pump signal lines can leak on certain 120K, 120K2, 12K, 140K, 140K2, 160K Motor Graders due to excessively high heat in the hydraulic system. If an existing hose fails, it can seep hydraulic oil around the coupling.
In order to allow equitable parts availability to all participating dealers, please limit your initial parts order to not exceed 1% of dealership population. This is an initial order recommendation only, and the ultimate responsibility for ordering the total number of parts needed to satisfy the program lies with the dealer.

If one of the signal line hoses is leaking they will need to be replaced with XT-6 Hoses. Please refer to the Service Magazine M0100447 for instructions on how to replace the existing hoses with the XT-6 Hose Assemblies.
