检查小齿轮的间隙。 (1) "S" 端子 (2) "M" 端子 | |
注: 为了防止磁力开关上的绕组过热，连续测试时间不要超过 20 秒。
- 将电起动马达连接到 24 伏蓄电池上，如图所示。 小齿轮将移到盘车位置，并开始缓慢转动。 将跨接线的引线从起动马达的 "M" 端子上拆下。 小齿轮将停留在盘车位置。
- 将小齿轮推向电枢方向，并测量小齿轮的移动量（间隙）。

- 通过增减磁力开关上的填料调整小齿轮的间隙。 增加填料缩小间隙。
