Oil Pan

Usage:

Remove Industrial Engine Oil Pan

1. Drain the engine oil-capacity 10.5 U.S. Gal. (39,7 liters).

2. Remove the oil level gauge and gauge tube (2).

3. Loosen the oil cooler mounting bolt (1).

4. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts and oil pan-weight 107 lbs. (48 kg).

Install Industrial Engine Oil Pan

1. Position the oil pan on the engine and install the retaining bolts.

2. Tighten the oil cooler mounting bolt.

3. Install the oil level gauge tube and gauge.

4. Fill the engine with the proper lubricant.

Remove Marine Engine Oil Pan

1. Drain engine oil-capacity 23 U.S. Gal. (85 liters).

2. Remove oil level gauge and gauge tube (2).

3. Remove oil cooler support mounting bolt (1).

4. Disconnect the oil sump pump oil inlet line.

5. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts and remove the engine-weight 350 lbs. (159 kg).

Install Marine Engine Oil Pan

1. Position the oil pan on the engine and install the oil pan retaining bolts.

2. Connect the oil pan sump pump oil inlet line.

3. Install the oil cooler support mounting bolt.

4. Install the oil level gauge and gauge tube.

5. Fill the crankcase to specified level. Check the oil level after the engine has been started.
