Heat Exchanger
Usage:
Remove Marine Engine Heat Exchanger
1. Drain engine cooling system-capacity 17.5 U.S. Gal. (68 liters).
2. Disconnect the raw water inlet and outlet lines (3).
3. Attach a hoist and lifting straps. Remove heat exchanger mounting bolts (1).
4. Remove heat exchanger (2)-weight 135 lb. (61 kg).
Install Marine Engine Heat Exchanger
1. Attach a hoist and install the heat exchanger and mounting bolts.
2. Connect the raw water inlet and outlet lines.
3. Fill the engine cooling system.
