Marine Gear Oil Cooler
Usage:
Remove Marine Gear Oil Cooler
1. Drain the engine cooling system-capacity 17.5 Gal. (68 liters).
2. Disconnect the oil cooler oil inlet and oil outlet lines.
3. Remove oil cooler cover (5) and oil cooler core (2).
4. Remove oil cooler housing bracket (3).
5. Remove eight oil cooler housing retaining bolts and nuts (1). Remove the oil cooler housing (4).
Install Marine Gear Oil Cooler
1. Position the marine gear oil cooler housing on the engine and install the mounting bolts.
2. Install the oil cooler housing bracket.
3. Install oil cooler core (1) and cover.
4. Connect the oil inlet and oil outlet lines.
5. Fill the engine cooling system.
