1. Remove the front pulley guard (if equipped). Remove the front pulley retaining bolts and retaining plate (1).

2. Install a 3/4" bolt 1" long (2) in the end of the crankshaft. Install the pulley retaining plate and bolts.

3. Install tool (A) and separate the pulley from the crankshaft.

4. Remove the pulley and vibration damper-weight 70 lbs. (31,7 kg).

Install Front Pulley And Vibration Damper

1. Position the front pulley and vibration damper on the crankshaft.

2. Install the pulley retaining plate, lock and retaining bolts.

3. Tighten the pulley retaining bolts (1) to 138 to 159 lbs. ft. (19,08 to 22,0 mkg). Tap with a hammer and retighten to the above torque.

4. Install the pulley guard (if equipped).
