Cab Air Conditioner Group Improvements Eliminate Debris {7320}

Usage:

953C (2ZN) Track-Type Loader

Description of Change: A new valve and longer drain tube on the 131-8088 Cab Air Conditioner Group improves draining of the condensate and reduces dirt build up on the engine.

Adaptable To: The new 7T-9793 Valve replaces the former 7G-8271 Air Orifice. The length of the 5P-4829 Tube changes to 1000 mm (39.4 in) from 600 mm (23.6 in). The material of the drain tube has been changed to a clear plastic cylindrical tube from a hard plastic ribbed tube. This change is effective with the 953C (2ZN461) Track-Type Loader and adaptable to earlier machines.

Illustration 1. 131-8088 Cab Conditioner Group.

The 5P-4829 Tube (1) should be routed over the engine and down the side of the engine. Previously, the tube was routed on the back side of the engine.
