Cab Improvements Reduce Vibration {7266}

Usage:

953C (2ZN) Track-Type Loader

Description of Change: New bolts and washers reduce noise, vibration, and shaking of the cab in the 112-7788 ROPS Mounting Group.

Adaptable To: A new 4K-0684 Washer is added to the existing 8T-6624 Bolt. A new 141-4511 Washer replaces the former 117-4748 Washer. A new 141-8102 Washer has been added to the 112-7788 ROPS Mounting Group. A new 8C-3236 Bolt replaces the former 8T-0370 Bolt. This change is effective with the 953C (2ZN573) Track-Type Loader and adaptable to earlier machines with the following procedure.

1. On the left and right front sides of the machine, remove the two 3E-4888 Washers. Replace the washers with two 126-1595 Washers (2).

2. Remove the former 117-4748 Washers. Replace the washers with the new 141-4511 Washers (3).

3. Install the new 4K-0684 Washer with the existing 8T-6624 Bolt (1). Tighten bolt to the proper torque.

4. On the left and right rear sides of the machine, add a new 141-8102 Washer (5).

5. In the back of the machine, install a new 8C-3236 Bolt with the existing 4K-0684 Washer (4) to replace the 8T-0370 Bolt (M30). Tighten the bolt to the proper torque.
