preparatory step:

a) remove turbocharger (industrial engine)

1. Remove the turbocharger mounting bracket (1).

2. Remove the exhaust manifold retaining nuts.

3. Remove the exhaust manifold assembly-weight 55 lbs. (22,6 kg).

Install Industrial Engine Exhaust Manifold

1. Coat the seal rings between the two halves of the exhaust manifold with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound.

2. Install new exhaust manifold gaskets and coat the threads of the manifold studs with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound. Install the exhaust manifold assembly.

3. Coat ring seals (2) with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound and install turbocharger mounting bracket (1).

a) install turbocharger (industrial engine)
