start by:

a) remove starter

b) remove flywheel

1. Remove the bolts (1) and nuts that hold the flywheel housing in position.

2. Remove the flywheel housing. Weight of housing is 60 lb. (27 kg).

Install Flywheel Housing

1. Put the flywheel housing (1) in position on the engine.

2. Install the bolts and nuts that hold housing in place.

end by:

a) install flywheel

b) install starter
