Usage:
1. Remove turbocharger lubrication valve oil inlet line (1).
2. Remove oil outlet line (2).
3. Remove the four valve mounting bolts (3) from the flywheel housing.
4. Remove the turbocharger lubrication valve.
Install Turbocharger Lubrication Valve
1. Position the turbocharger lubrication valve on engine, and tighten four mounting bolts.
2. Install oil outlet line.
3. Install turbocharger lubrication valve oil inlet line.
Disassemble Turbocharger Lubrication Valve
preparatory step:
a) remove turbocharger lubrication valve
1. Remove the adapter (1) and valve retaining bolts.
2. Remove the plunger (2) and spring (3) from body (4).
Assemble Turbocharger Lubrication Valve
1. Clean all parts throughly before assembling valve.
2. Install the plunger and spring in body.
3. Position the adapter and valve retaining bolts in body.
