preparatory step:

a) remove aftercooler housings

1. Install tags for fuel line identification.

2. Remove fuel injection line clamps (1), and clips.

3. Remove the four mounting clamps (2). Remove the fuel injection lines.

4. Install caps or plugs on all fuel lines and fittings.

Install Fuel Injection Lines

1. Remove caps (1) and plugs from fuel lines and fittings.

2. Install the fuel injection lines. Connect the lines to the fuel injection pump housing and to camshaft housings. Tighten the nuts on both ends of lines to 30 ± 5 lb. ft. (4,1 ± 0,7 mkg).

3. Install the four mounting clamps. Install the fuel injection line clamps and clips.

a) install aftercooler housings
