Usage:
1. Remove the air inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe.
2. Disconnect the oil supply line (3) from the turbocharger.
3. Disconnect oil drain line (5) from the turbocharger.
4. Remove the bolts (1) that hold flange for air outlet pipe to the aftercooler housing.
5. Remove the nuts (4) that hold turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.
6. Remove the nuts (6) from support.
7. Lift the turbocharger from exhaust manifold and remove the coupling, support, and elbow (2).
Install Turbocharger
1. Lower the turbocharger (1) into position while installing the coupling, support, and elbow (2).
2. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on threads of studs (3), and install the nuts for turbocharger and for support.
3. Install the four bolts that hold flange to the aftercooler housing.
4. Connect the oil drain line to turbocharger.
5. Connect oil supply line to turbocharger.
6. Install the air inlet pipe and exhaust pipe.
