Usage:
start by:
a) remove aftercooler core
1. Remove the bolts (1) and locks that hold the aftercooler housing in position.
2. Disconnect bleed line (3) from fuel filter.
3. Disconnect the sensing line (4) from the fuel ratio control.
4. Remove the aftercooler housing (2).
5. Disconnect the fuel injection lines from the camshaft housing.
6. Disconnect the injection lines (5) from fuel injection pumps. Remove fuel injection lines. Install caps or plugs in all lines or openings.
Install Fuel Injection Lines
1. Remove the plugs and caps from fuel injection lines and openings.
2. Put the fuel injection lines in position, and tighten the nuts (4) to 30 ± 5 lb.ft. (4.1 ± 0.7 mkg).
3. Put the aftercooler housing (2) in position, and install the bolts and locks.
4. Connect the sensing line (1) to the fuel ratio control.
5. Connect the bleed line (3) to filter housing.
