Usage:
start by:
a) remove fan
1. Remove the drive belts for alternator and for fan.
2. Remove adjustment screw (1).
3. Remove the four nuts (3) and fan drive (2).
Install Fan Drive
1. Put the fan drive in position on engine, and install the four nuts.
2. Install the adjustment screw.
3. Install the fan and alternator drive belts. Tighten belts to tension given in OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.

Disassemble Fan Drive
start by:
a) remove fan drive
1. Remove the bolts (3) and hub (1).
2. Remove the two bolts, lock, and washer that hold pulley (4) to bracket (2).
3. Remove bracket (2) from pulley.
4. Remove the bearing (6) and spacer (5) from pulley (4).
5. Remove the lip-type seal and bearing from pulley.
Assemble Fan Drive
1. Put the bearing in position in pulley.
2. Use tool setup (A) to install the seal in pulley with spring side toward bearing.
3. Put the pulley (3) in position on bracket (1). Install the washer (2), lock, and bolts.
4. Put the hub in position on pulley, and install the two bolts.
