1. Remove the coolant from cooling system.

2. Disconnect the hose from regulator housing.

3. Remove bolts (2) from regulator housing.

4. Remove the water temperature regulator housing (1) and water temperature regulator.

5. Remove the seal (3) from regulator housing.

Install Water Temperature Regulator

1. Install the seal in regulator housing (1) using tool setup (A). The lip of seal must be toward inside of housing.

2. Put regulator (2) in position, and install regulator housing (1). Install the bolts in regulator housing.

3. Connect the hose to regulator housing.

4. Fill the cooling system.
