滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后,液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前,如果不事先释放压力,可能会造成严重伤害。 确保所有的选装部件已降下,并确保在拆卸任何部件和管路前油冷却下来。 只能在发动机停机,并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |

如果油受到污染,可能会造成部件的早期故障。 受到污染的油也会引起过热。
按照以下程序确定液压系统中机油的污染程度。
- 从 S·O·S 口 (1) 获取液压油油样。
注: 有关正确步骤,请参阅操作和保养手册, KEBU7026, "液压系统油样 -获取"。

- 检查液压滤清器滤芯中有无异物。
- 青铜色颗粒说明泵或马达配流盘发生故障。
- 闪亮的钢颗粒说明泵故障或马达活塞发生故障。
- 橡胶颗粒物说明密封或软管发生故障。
- 铝颗粒说明进料充油泵、风扇驱动马达、排风扇马达或夯实驱动马达中发生故障。
注: 如果在液压滤清器滤芯中发现这些颗粒物中的任意一种,则必须清洁液压油系统的所有部件。 不要使用任何损坏的零件。 必须拆下损坏的零件并安装新零件。
