Usage:
1. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
2. Remove the engine hood.
3. Remove four bolts (2) and engine cover (1) from both sides of the engine.
4. Mark all wires and hoses as to their location for assembly purposes. Cut all tie-wraps.
5. Disconnect three wires (3).
6. Disconnect thermostat wire (8) and two wires (7) going to the alternator.
7. Disconnect and plug hose (6) to the fuel filter.
8. Disconnect wire (5) to the starter.
9. Mark and disconnect two wires (4) to the magnetic relay.
10. Remove radiator hose (9) from the engine.
11. Disconnect wire (10).
12. Remove hose (11).
13. Remove nut (12), bolts (15) and engine throttle assembly cable bracket (14).
14. Remove hose (13).
15. Disconnect and plug two hoses (16).
16. Remove two clamps (18).
17. Secure wiring harness (17) out of the way.
18. Loosen four bolts (19). Remove the nuts, leaving the bolts in the motor mounts.
19. Fasten a hoist and remove the engine. The weight of the engine is 1545 kg (700 lb).
NOTE: The following steps are to install the engine.
20. Using a hoist, install the engine over the motor mount bolts. Install the nuts and tighten four bolts (19).
21. Position wiring harness (17).
22. Unplug and connect two hoses (16) and install two clamps (18).
23. Install hoses (11) and (13).
24. Connect wire (10).
25. Install engine throttle assembly cable bracket (14), bolts (15) and nut (12).
26. Install radiator hose (9).
27. Connect two wires (4) to the magnetic relay.
28. Connect wire (5) to the starter.
29. Unplug and connect hose (6) to the fuel filter.
30. Connect thermostat wire (8) and two wires (7) going to the alternator.
31. Connect three wires (3).
32. Install tie-wraps to secure all wires.
33. On both sides of the engine, install engine cover (1) with bolts (2).
34. Install the engine hood.
35. Fill the radiator with coolant. Check the engine oil and hydraulic fluid levels before operating the machine.
