Usage:
Start By:
a. remove oil cooler
1. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
2. Disconnect and plug hoses (1) from the radiator. Plug the radiator.
3. Remove four bolts (2) and the fan shroud.
4. Remove two nuts, washers and mounting rings (3).
5. Lift the radiator up and out, making sure the radiator mounting braket clears the mounting studs.
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the radiator.
6. Carefully install the radiator.
7. Install mounting rings (3), the washers and the nuts. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 70 ± 10 N·m (50 ± 7 lb ft).
8. Install the fan shroud and four bolts (2). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 24 ± 7 N·m (18 ± 5 lb ft).
9. Connect two hoses (1).
10. Fill the radiator with coolant to the correct level. See the "Operation & Maintenance Manual".
