Fuel Control Valve - Remove and Install

- Turn off the gas supply.

Illustration 1 g00597612 - Disconnect tube (2).
- Remove clip (5) and disconnect tube (7).
- Remove bolts (1), the nuts, and the spacers.
- Remove gas regulator (6) and the gasket.
Note: The plate that is on the end of the gas regulator is for shipping purposes. The customer will remove the plate.
- Remove fuel line (3) and fuel control valve (4).

- Apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant to all pipe threads prior to assembly.

Illustration 2 g00597612 - Install fuel control valve (4) and fuel line (3).
- Install the gasket and gas regulator (6). Install bolts (1), the spacers, and the nuts.
- Connect tube (7) and install clip (5).
- Install tube (2).
- Turn on the gas supply.
