Piston Cooling Jets
Usage:
Remove Piston Cooling Jets
preparatory step:
a) remove oil pump
1. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise (as viewed from front of engine) until connecting rods are clear of cooling jet to be removed.
2. Remove the retaining bolt and lock. Remove the piston cooling jet (1).
Install Piston Cooling Jets
1. Position the cooling jet to the cylinder block and install retaining bolt and lock.

Never install a bent or damaged cooling jet. Damage to the engine may result. |
2. Tighten retaining bolt to 35 ± 5 lb. ft. (4,8 ± 0,7 mkg), and bend the lock.

a) install oil pump
