When reporting the repair, use "PI11201" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim
Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The existing cab tilt pin retaining bolts require retightening on certain 538, 548, 558, and 568 Excavators. The existing bolt may have been tightened incorrectly during assembly. The bolt may loosen and fall out, resulting in the tilt pin falling out. The tilt pin falling out may, in conjunction with other factors or circumstances, result in a risk of personal injury or death. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect the tilt pin retaining bolts. - If the tilt pin retaining bolt are found in place, retighten the bolts to a specified torque of 100 N.m. - If the bolts are missing, install a new bolt and washer and tighten to a specified torque of 100 N.m. |
