Fuel Injection Lines
Usage:
Remove Fuel Injection Lines
1. Disconnect the clips (2) that hold the fuel injection lines to the aftercooler housing.
2. Disconnect the fuel injection lines (1) from the fuel injection pumps. Disconnect the fuel injection lines from the camshaft housings.
3. Remove the fuel injection lines (1). Install caps on all the openings.
Install Fuel Injection Lines
1. Remove the caps.
2. Put the fuel injection lines (1) in position on the engine.
3. Connect the fuel injection lines to the fuel injection pumps and the camshaft housing. Tighten the nuts (3) to a torque of 30 ± 5 lb.ft. (40 ± 7 N·m).
4. Connect the clips (2) on the fuel lines to the aftercooler housing.
