NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4596" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The power belly pan switches need to be updated on certain 826G Compactors. Power belly pan switches have failed due to corrosion of the ring terminals on certain 825G Landfill Compactors. The new switches have been designed to prevent corrosion.

Rework Procedure
1. Remove the 2 existing 7N8008 Belly Pan Switches.
2. Remove the 1181940 Wire Harness and modify as indicated in Illustration 1.
3. Install modified the 1181940 Wire Harness.
4. Install the 2 new 1571364 Belly Pan Switches.
5. Test operation of power belly pan guards.
