If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Group 1
Remove the existing sender assembly from the fuel tank and replace it with the new replacement part. Also, remove the existing gauge in the cab and replace it with the new one. The parts required in this group are for the 75 and 90 gallon tanks.
Group 2
Remove the existing sender assembly from the fuel tank and replace it with the new replacement part. Also, remove the existing gauge in the cab and replace it with replacement part. This group of machines have 120 gallon attachment tanks with column style sender assembly in tank.
Group 3
Remove the dial sensor from the sender assembly on tank and replace with new sensor kit. Also, remove the existing gauge from the cab and replace with new gauge. This group of machines have the swing arm style sender assembly in the tank and all tank sizes require the same new parts.
Group 4
Remove the existing sender assembly from the fuel tank and replace it with the new replacement part. Also, remove the existing gauge in the cab and replace it with the new one.
Group 5
Remove the existing sender assembly from the tank and replace it with the new replacement part. Also, remove the gauge from the cab and replace it with the new part.
