18  5A-3604 Bolt  Before assembly, apply Loctite 648 to the threads.
Torque to 40 ± 8 N·m (30 ± 6 lb ft)
163-5497 Screw  Before assembly, apply green Loctite 648 to the threads. 
163-6443 Bolt  Before assembly, apply green Loctite 648 to the threads.
Torque to 6 N·m (53 lb in)
445-7794 Compressor Wheel  Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A copper anti-seize to the threads.
Torque to 610 ± 30 N·m (450 ± 22 lb ft)
Apply 5.0 mm (0.20 inch) bead at location on complete circumference of outlet housing without any gaps.
Before assembly, apply black Loctite 593 to the bearing housing.
Assemble outlet housing to bearing housing within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.
Sealant must be cured for minimum 2 hours before turbocharge is put into service.
