Description of Change: New piston body assemblies are used in the above engines and machines. The shape of the skirt on the new piston body assemblies is slightly different than on the former piston body assemblies. The different shape will help make the new piston body assemblies more resistant to skirt scuffing when exposed to adverse conditions.

Adaptable As: The new 9Y2100 Piston Body Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 7W5466 Piston Body Assembly in engines in D11N and 776B Tractors; 777B, 785, and 789 Trucks. The former 7W5466 Piston Body is canceled. The new 9Y4124 Piston Body Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 7W552 Piston Body Assembly in the 3500 Family of Engines. The former 7W552 Piston Body Assembly is canceled.
