Description Of Change: The new torque procedure ensures that the fan blades maintain proper torque.

Adaptable To: The following changes are adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.

1. Remove a section of the fan guard to gain access to the fan blade bolts.

2. Tighten all 52 nuts that secure the fan blades to the fan hub. Tighten all 4 nuts per blade in an X pattern to 136 ± 7 N·m (100 ± 5 lb ft).

3. Reinstall the fan blade guard. Tighten the nuts to 41 ± 4 N·m (30 ± 3 lb ft).
