Introduction
The Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) is to cable strap the wiring harness back away from the Electronic Control Module (ECM).

The 390-1778 Electronic Control Wiring Gp, 390-1779 Electronic Control Wiring Gp, and 392-6918 Electronic Control Wiring Gp interfere with the body of the aftertreatment controller.
The following problems may occur:
- The DPF could not be regenerated and the DPF was loaded up to 92 percent.
- The fuel priming pump for DPF did not operate.
- The fuse was broken replaced fuse failed after the aftertreatment function test
- The covering broke and the wiring harness was short-circuited to earth.
Solution
Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings could result in injury or death. Proper care is your responsibility. |

Inspect and add or adjust cable tie if no signs or wear. Replace the wiring harness with a good wiring harness, if signs of harness wear are present.
