Conditions Which Generate This Code:

EID 1482 Invalid Path Data from Autonomous Control Module

Follow this procedure if an event EID 1482 Invalid Path Data from Autonomous Control Module occurs. When this event code is activated, the autonomous mining truck (AMT) will come to a complete controlled stop. This code is activated by a system designed as a second check of the path points. The purpose is to ensure a safe and valid path of travel for the AMT.

Test Step 1. SEND NEW ASSIGNMENT TO AMT.

  1. Assign the AMT a new assignment.

Expected Result:

AMT accepts and proceeds to new assignment.

Results:

  • AMT accepts and proceeds to new assignment. - STOP

  • EID 1482 remains active and AMT does not complete assignment. The cause of the problem is uncertain. Contact Caterpillar technical support with the information that has been gathered. - STOP
