Installation Procedure

1. Remove screws (1) and remove cover (2) from the cab.

2. Attach Tooling (A) to the roof of the cab.

3. Attach Tooling (B) to Tooling (A) .

4. Attach Tooling (A) to the top of bulldozer control valve and attach Tooling (B) to Tooling (A) .

5. Lift the bulldozer control valve into position. The weight of the bulldozer control valve is approximately 93 kg (205 lb).

6. Install mounting bolts (7) on the bottom of the bulldozer control valve.

7. Install mounting bolt (4) .

8. Install hydraulic hose assemblies (3), (5), and (6) on the top of the valve.

Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and proper filling procedures.

End By: Install the overspeed control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Overspeed Control Valve - Install".
