Installation Procedure

1. Fasten a hoist and Tooling (B) to lift cylinder (3). Tooling (B) is not shown.

2. Position lift cylinder (3) on the mounting yoke. The weight of the lift cylinder is approximately 250 kg (550 lb).

3. Install bearing caps (10) and install bolts (9) on each side of the lift cylinder.

4. Connect wiring harness (7) on position sensor (8) .

5. Install hydraulic hose assemblies (6) on lift cylinder (3) .

6. Remove Tooling (B) .

7. Install lamp assembly (4) and guard assembly (5) on top of the lift cylinder.

8. Remove the rope from the cylinder rod on lift cylinder (3) .

9. Extend the cylinder rod. Install pin (1) and retainer (2) .

10. Install both cylinder rods. Remove Tooling (A) from each lift cylinder bracket.

    Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and proper filling procedures.
