Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to the valve. Install the valve and install mounting bolts (7). The weight of the valve is approximately 64 kg (140.0 lb).

2. Connect wire harness (6) to the solenoid.

3. Install the hydraulic tube and manifold assemblies (5) to the valve.

4. Install hydraulic hose assemblies (4) to the valve.

5. Install bolts (2) and close door assembly ( 3) .

   Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the correct oil levels.
