Usage:
1. Remove four bolts that fasten flange (3) to the aftercooler cover.
2. Remove bolt (2), washer and pipe (3) from turbocharger housing.
3. Loosen hose clamps (5) and slide hose (4) from turbocharger housing and air cleaner pipe.
4. Remove turbocharger supply and drain lines (6) and (7) from engine.
5. Remove four bolts (9) that fasten the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold. Remove turbocharger (8) from manifold and elbow (10).
Install Turbocharger
1. Check gaskets for damage and make replacements if necessary.
2. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the turbocharger mounting bolts. With gaskets in position install turbocharger (1). Tighten bolts to a torque of 34 ± 5 N·m (25 ± 4 lb.ft.).
3. Install turbocharger oil supply and oil return lines.
4. Put hose (2) in position and install clamps (3). Tighten clamps to a torque of 14 ± 1 N·m (10 ± 1 lb.ft.).
5. Install pipe (4) in position between turbocharger housing and aftercooler cover.
