Start By:

a. remove vibration damper and pulley

1. Loosen two generator mount bolts (2).

2. Attach a hoist to the front engine lifting eye and remove two front engine mount bolts (3).

3. Remove two front engine mount bolts (3).

4. Use the hoist to remove the weight of the engine from the engine front support. The weight of the engine is approximately 1300 kg (2867 lb).

5. Remove eight bolts (1) and remove engine front support (4).

NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the engine front support.

6. Put engine front support (4) in position and install bolts (3).

7. Lower the engine into position and install bolts (3).

8. Remove the hoist and tighten bolts (2).
