Usage:
Start By:
a. remove turbocharger
1. Loosen clamp (1) that holds the breather tube to the breather.
2. Remove two bolts (4) that holds the breather tube to the engine, and move the breather tube away from the exhaust manifold.
3. Remove the nuts and spacers (2), and remove exhaust manifold (3).
4. Remove the gaskets from the studs.
NOTE: The following steps are for installation of the exhaust manifold.
5. Put 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the studs.
6. Put the gaskets and exhaust manifold (3) in position on the studs, and install spacers (2) and nuts.
7. Tighten the nuts in the number sequence shown to a torque of 38 ± 5 N·m (28 ± 4 lb ft).
8. Put the breather tube in position on the breather, and tighten clamp (1). Install bolts (4) that holds the breather tube to the cylinder block.
