Wheel Saw Drum - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the front frame assembly. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Frame (Front) - Remove and Install" for the removal procedure.
- Position the work tool on blocks.

- Remove nuts (1) .

- Loosen bolts (2) by five turns.

- Remove bolts (3) and (4) from piston motor (5) .
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to piston motor (5). Piston motor (5) weighs approximately 91 kg (200 lb).

- Install Tooling (B). Remove bolts (2) and piston motor (5) .
- Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to wheel drum (7). The wheel drum weighs approximately 590 kg (1300 lb).

- Remove bolts (6) .
- Remove wheel drum (7) .
Installation Procedure

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to wheel drum (7). The wheel drum weighs approximately 590 kg (1300 lb).

- Place wheel drum (7) in position on the work tool.
- Install bolts (6) .
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to piston motor (5). Piston motor (5) weighs approximately 91 kg (200 lb).

- Install Tooling (B) and piston motor (5) .
- Install bolts (2), (3), and (4) in order to fasten piston motor (5) .
