Control Manifold - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
Note: Inspect all O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

- Install piston (21) in cartridge assembly (20) .

- Install O-ring seal (19) on cartridge assembly (20) and install the cartridge assembly. Tighten cartridge assembly (20) to a torque of 26 ± 1 N·m (19 ± 1 lb ft).

- Install solenoid (18) and O-ring seal (17) .

- Install cap (16). Tighten the cap to a torque of 8 ± 1 N·m (6 ± 1 lb ft).

- Install spool (15) .

- Install connectors (11) and (12) .

- Repeat Steps 1 through 8 for the remaining diverter valve group.
- Assemble the O-ring seals and diverter valve groups (10) and install bolts (9) .
