Fan Belts
Usage:
Remove Fan Belts
1. Loosen the two nuts (1). Turn screw (3) in a counterclockwise direction to loosen the fan belts.
2. Remove fan guard (2) from the radiator.
3. Remove fan belts by sliding one of the grooves in the belt around each of the fan blades.
Install Fan Belts
1. Install belts by sliding one of the grooves (1) in the belt around each fan blade past radiator shield.
2. Make adjustment of belt deflection (movement) to 7/8" (22 mm) under 25 lb. (11.5 kg) force half way between pulleys.
3. Install right fan guard.
