Radiator And Guard
Usage:
Remove Radiator And Guard
1. Remove coolant from cooling system.
2. Remove fan guards (3) and disconnect supports (1) from radiator.
3. Disconnect radiator inlet hose (2).
4. Disconnect radiator outlet hose (5).
5. Install two 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolts, washers and nuts in radiator and fasten a hoist.
6. Remove the four bolts (4) that hold radiator to supports.
7. Remove the radiator and guard. Weight is 500 lb. (227 kg).
Install Radiator And Guard
1. Fasten a hoist and put the radiator in position on the supports.
2. Install the four bolts that hold radiator to supports.
3. Connect radiator inlet (2) and outlet hoses.
4. Connect top supports (1) to radiator.
5. Install the fan guards (3).
6. Fill the radiator with coolant.
