Ensure that the fuel injection line clamps are installed in the correct locations. Incorrectly installed clamps may allow the fuel injection lines to vibrate and become damaged. The damaged lines may leak and cause a fire. |
Align the brackets in position to the fuel lines when the fasteners are tightened. This will ensure that no strain will be added to the fuel lines when the fasteners are tightened.

(2) Clamp location dimensions are in reference to vertical line (2). Vertical line (2) is through the center of the number one fuel pump outlet.

- (B) ... 195 ± 6.0 mm (7.7 ± .24 inch)
- (C) ... 165 ± 6.0 mm (6.5 ± .24 inch)
- (B) ... 195 ± 6.0 mm (7.7 ± .24 inch)
(3) Clamp location dimensions are in reference to horizontal line (3). Horizontal line (3) is through the center of the number one fuel pump outlet.
- (D) ... 84 ± 6.0 mm (3.3 ± .24 inch)
- (E) ... 97 ± 6.0 mm (3.8 ± .24 inch)
- (F) ... 110 ± 6.0 mm (4.3 ± .24 inch)
- (E) ... 97 ± 6.0 mm (3.8 ± .24 inch)
(4) Clamp location dimensions are in reference to vertical line (4). Vertical line (4) is through the center of the number five outlet of the fuel pump.

(5) Torque for the fuel injection line nuts ... 41 ± 7 N·m (30 ± 5 lb ft)
Note: Nozzle assembly must be supported with a wrench.
