Note: Refer to Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Timing Position Sensor Calibration" for the correct calibration procedure.
(4) Nut
- After calibration, tighten the nut to the following torque. ... 55 ± 7 N·m (41 ± 5 lb ft)
(5) O-ring seal

(6) Bellcrank
Note: Rotate the bellcrank through a distance of 190 degrees in order to wind the spring (7) before assembly. Latch the bellcrank with the pin.
(7) 2W-3627 Spring

- Rate per 360 degrees ... 1.164 N·m (10.302 lb in)
