Usage:
1. Remove the hydraulic pump.
2. Remove the four retaining bolts (1) and nuts, and remove the hydraulic pump drive (2).
Install Hydraulic Pump Drive
1. Position the pump drive on the engine and install the retaining bolts.
2. Install the hydraulic pump.
Disassemble Hydraulic Pump Drive
preparatory step:
a) remove hydraulic pump drive
1. Remove the shaft retaining nut using tool (A).
2. Using tool setup (B), push the shaft and gear assembly from the bearing and housing assembly.
3. Remove the bearing retaining ring (1) and bearing (2) from the housing (3).
4. Press the gear and bearing from the shaft.
Assemble Hydraulic Pump Drive
1. Heat one bearing (2) and the gear (3) to 300°F (149°C). Install the bearing and gear on the shaft (1) as shown.
2. Install the remaining bearing (5) in the housing (4) and install the retaining ring (6).
3. Press the housing and bearing assembly onto the shaft and gear assembly.
4. Install the shaft retaining nut and lock. Tighten the retaining nut using tool (A).
