1. Drain the engine cooling system.

2. Remove the oil cooler oil supply line (3) and oil return line (4).

3. Remove the oil filter housing and base (1).

4. Disconnect the oil level gauge mounting clamp (2).

5. Remove the three oil cooler-to-cylinder block retaining bolts (6).

6. Remove the four oil cooler-to-bonnet retaining bolts (5).

7. Remove the oil cooler-weight 40 lbs. (18,1 kg).

Install Oil Cooler

1. Position the oil cooler on the engine and install the mounting bolts.

2. Connect the oil level gauge mounting clamp.

3. Install the oil filter housing and base.

4. Install the oil cooler oil supply line and oil return line.

5. Fill the engine cooling system.
