Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32544" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing traction motor can fail on certain 795F AC Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing traction motor fails it can/will cause AC ground fault events and disable machine propulsion. |

Propulsion (Motor) Software Previous Software: 439-2329 New Software: 480-1926 Power Train (Drivetrain) Software Previous Software: 458-0317 New Software: 480-5560 **NOTE* The Power Train (Drivetrain) and Propulsion (Motor) control software must be loaded together on the machine. Failure to do so will cause a software mismatch diagnostic. The new software has the following improvements: ? Reduction of traction motor transient voltages. ? Reduction of engine speed to 1150 RPM on a 795F AC during retarding. ? Increased the event threshold for activating the generator bearing temperature events. ? Improved flight recorder data functions and information. |
